I would like to register for a chance to receive a prom dress from Cinderella's Closet.

I understand that appointments to receive prom dresses will be made on a first come first serve basis and will depend on the number and sizes of dresses donated to Cinderella's Closet.

Prom dresses will be distributed on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at the Girl Scout Hacienda (3101 N. Sabino Canyon Rd.) from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

No appointment necessary, please show up anytime between
10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on March 10th.
